The day is December 24th and I wanted to wish all our friends and family a beautiful blessed Christmas season.

I am tremendously grateful for what has been a great year and pray that 2012 ushers in new and wonderful things for all of you as well.

It’s surprisingly warm here in NYC and the quiet in the streets is quite bizarre for Christmas eve. I will however not question and enjoy it in full. Although slowing down and taking a break is not my natural instinct, I receive this time off with open arms and will use it effectively to renew my energies.

I always found it funny that in life, it’s so difficult to find that exact balance between things. For instance, if you work too much, you’re a workaholic and need to slow down. If on the other hand, you work too little, you are deemed lazy and inefficient. If you go out too much, you are told to spend some time at home. Go out too little and the comment is most likely, “you need to get out more.” And so it is with countless things in life.

The key word seems to be “Balance.” But who has balance? In some things I do and in others I do not. In what areas do you have a healthy balance in your life and in what areas do you need a bit more re-balancing?

Have a peace-filled day everyone

    Merry Christmas!!!

It has been a “great” year…

Great question about balance? For myself…

I am working on the my mind, body, and spiritual balance. However life and situations can make balance most challenging.

I say work if you must but make time to play when you must as well. 🙂
